It took a few months, but I finished watching the TV version of Tweeny Witches (aka Mahou Shoujo Tai Arusu) last night (and then found out there is an OAV series that I can’t tell if it’s licensed or not). Honestly, my opinion of the series never really changed throughout. Perhaps I got more frustrated with it towards the end because of the potential, but it ended as it started–a series with great potential that it never quite capitalized on.
